⦿ What is my core trauma? (trauma of abandonment, rejection, fear of authority or abuse).

3. MY AUTHENTICITY

I explore and discover my

⦿ strengths and gifts
⦿ my essence and authenticity
⦿ my passions and life purpose

4. ME AND RELATIONSHIPS

✓ What are my greatest fears?
✓ Do I maintain a balance between giving and receiving?
✓ Am I assertive enough?
✓ Do I know how to set limits and boundaries?
✓ What is my attachment style?

✓ What expectations, needs and desires do I place on relationships?
✓ How do I want to be loved?

5. I ACCEPT MYSELF AS I AM

I let go gender stereotypes and beliefs:

A PRACTICAL, EXPERIENTIAL AND RESIDENTIAL COURSE

This is a residential, practical and experiential course in which we will use a variety of tools and dynamics to increase self-awareness and self-growth. We will use:

⦿ Various games to make you laugh
and free yourself

⦿ Artistic tools as painting and collage
⦿ Improvisational theatre, clown
